Islamic Plan for Life & Introduction to Nahjul Balagha, PART 2 !
Classes begin on Wednesday 20th January 2021 and will run for 10 sessions
Scholar teaching these subjects this semester will be: Dr. Sheikh Mohammedali Shomali
The 2 subjects we will cover are:
Subject 1: Islamic Plan for Life
Unit 3: Individual Manners
- The age of religious responsibility
- The ritual prayers
- Cleanliness and beautification
- Food and Drink
- Free Time
Unit 4: Social Manners
- Congregational prayers and Friday prayers
- The Hajj
- Relations with opposite gender
- Religious minorities
- Commanding good and prohibiting evil
- Peace and war
- The environment
Subject 2: Introduction to Nahj al-Balaghah, based on Ayatullah Mutahhari’s Glimpses of Nahjul-Balagha
There are no-prerequisites for this course, you are welcome to attend even if you have not attended previous Semester teachings with Hujjat Academy. However, we do encourage students to review previous recordings and course literature to maximise the value from the course. Our YouTube Channel containing past lectures can be found here:
